US Shipping

We ship from our location in Northern California (San Francisco Bay Area).

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please use an alternative street address or choose an USPS method.

Shipping to Canada

There are two shipping methods available: Canada Priority Air Mail (Postal Service) and UPS Canada Standard. We recommend the Postal Service for fast and affordable services. Packages shipped via International Express Mail valued over $100 will be charged $1.00 extra for each additional $100 in insurance. International shipping fees do not reflect any customs clearance or brokerage fees that may be imposed by your country. If additional charges apply, it will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Return Policy

If we ship you the wrong item or size, we'll reship your order without delay at no additional cost to you, of course. The product must be returned with all the tags, packaging, etc and in the same condition it was sent. Shoes with obvious wear will not be accepted. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions.

Please research the shoe european size prior to completing the purchase. Make sure that you print the PDF version of the insole and place your foot on it to verify the european size described in the sizing table. It is the customer responsibility to verify size compatibility before purchasing a pair of shoes. For technical questions regarding a product, please Contact Us.

For orders from the USA: if you order the wrong size, just send it back and we will send you another size free of charge. The product must be returned with all the tags, packaging, etc and in the same condition it was sent. Shoes with obvious wear will not be accepted.

Isba doesn't offer price protection, due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date.

Product prices, description and system requirement posted on ISBA website's supercede all others that may be listed in other sites as advertisements in search engines, user's groups, shopping services, comparison shopping and similar others.

Sales Tax

Where is my package?

You should have received a shipping confirmation email from us the day your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, please let us know and we will resend the email.

If your order was shipped via the United Parcel Service, a tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please go to the UPS Package Tracking page to view your package's status.
